Anévrysmes
Anévrysmes artériels (aorte thoracique et abdominale, artères périphériques) ; Traitement chirurgical conventionnel et endovasculaire:Il s’agit d’un élargissement du diamètre de l’aorte (principale artère du corps) qui peut aboutir à la rupture aortique et ainsi conduire au décès dans 80% des cas
Le traitement est proposé donc en prévention de la rupture lorsque le diamètre atteint 50 mm en moyenne. Le traitement est soit conventionnel par chirurgie soit endovasculaire par endoprothèse.
